How to make it

Sauté onion in 1 tbsp oil. Set aside.
Mix minced pork, mashed shrimp, lotus root and onion with the seasoning mix. Divide into 8 portions and shape into patties. Dust lightly with corn starch.
Pan-fry lotus root and pork patties in hot oil until both sides golden and done.
